GENERAL INFORMATION

INFORMATION COUNTER - An Information Counter will be located in the Main Lobby. Programme Information Guides, Area Maps, Restaurant Guides, Special Needs Forms, and Shuttle Registration will be available.

LOST AND FOUND - The Information Counter can be approcahed for lost or found items.

BOOK STALL - Sant Mat books in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Filipino as well as Audio CDs and DVDs in English, Hindi and Punjabi will be available for sale. The Book Stall will be located outside the Main Hall. It will be open from 7:00 am to 9:15 am, and will re-open after the Satsang programme.

SPECIAL NEEDS - Assistance will be provided for people with special needs. Please follow the signs for special needs drop-off and parking. The center is unable to provide wheelchairs or walkers for personal use. Therefore, kindly bring your own if needed. Headsets for anyone who is Hard of Hearing (HOH) are available. Please refer to the Special Needs page for additional information.

FIRST AID - There will be certified paramedics who will attend to persons in need of minor medical attention and first aid. This service will only be available during the hours when the center is open for the programme. All other cases will be referred to local clinics or hospitals. Attendees are requested to take care of their own medical requirements.

RESTRICTED ITEMS - Mobile phones, pagers, cameras, binoculars, laser pointers, iPads, audio/video recorders, electronic games or any other electronic items MUST NOT be brought into the premises. Should any prohibited item be brought into the center, it will have to be personally deposited at the Package Counter.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING - Photography and audio/video recording will NOT BE PERMITTED. The use of any electronic device, including mobile phones, is not permitted on the premises.

LARGE BAGS AND PURSES - Large bags and purses (measuring over approximately 6” x 9” or 15cm x 23cm), along with food and drinks (other than water) will NOT be permitted inside the Hall. Please deposit them at the Package Counter. Please note that all bags are subject to inspection upon entry to the Center.

PARKING - A supervised car park facility is located on the adjacent lot of the Science of the Soul Study Center. Traffic volunteers will be available to assist drivers and direct them to the designated passenger drop-off areas and parking facilities. At no instance should children be left unattended inside a vehicle. Carpooling is encouraged in order to reduce the volume of vehicles requiring parking.

TRANSPORTATION - Shuttles from certain hotels and designated areas will be arranged to and from the Satsang Center. Please see the Travel and Transportation page for further information.

VARIOUS (ATTIRE, SCENTS, SMOKING AND PETS) - Due to uneven grounds and long distances from the parking areas to the Main Hall, flat walking shoes are advised. Please dress appropriately. Please be considerate of others with health issues (allergies, asthma etc.) and avoid using any perfumes or other scents. Pets will not be allowed into the Satsang premises. Additionally, the entire site is a strict No Smoking Zone.
