SPECIAL NEEDS

In an effort to better serve guests with physical disabilities and limited mobility, the Science of the Soul Study Center will issue Special Needs Parking Passes and Access Cards for entry to designated parking spaces and Special Needs seating areas.

Please note the following rules and policies:

  1. Special Needs Access Cards will only be issued for wheelchair users who have their own wheelchair.
  2. There will be a designated area for all wheelchair users inside the Satsang Hall.
  3. Simultaneous Translation and Hard of Hearing (HOH) facilities have been provided within the wheelchair users’ area.
  4. Those with the Special Needs Parking Pass may be dropped off at the Basement Parking of the Science of the Soul Study Center.
  5. If the Parking Area for the Special Needs pass is full, the pass-holder may be dropped off at the Basement Parking, the driver will then need to park in the Adjacent Parking Lot.
  6. Persons with Special Needs should be accompanied by an able-bodied helper, aged 18 or above.
  7. The companion must remain with the Access Card holder. Other family members will be asked to sit with the general sangat.
  8. The companion must accompany the Access Card holder into the bathroom.
  9. Please bring your Special Needs Passes with you on the day of the Satsang programme.
  10. If the Special Needs seating in the Main Hall is full, there will be additional space in the Auxiliary Hall and the Multi-Purpose Hall.
  11. If you require any of these facilities, please complete the Application Form and return it to the Information Counter.

Other concerns

  1. Those requiring medications are asked to bring these with them. The Center will not provide any medications or prescriptions for medications.
  2. Hearing Services: Headsets are available for the Hard of Hearing (HOH).

How to Apply

  1. Print the downloadable Application Form from the link below and fill in the required details.
  2. Completed forms should be given to the designated sevadar in your center who will then forward it to the Administration Department in Manila.
